4. Forms, Messages and File Uploads

Information you submit through Site forms is used as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data through general contact forms. Documents uploaded through the secure client upload form should relate to an existing or prospective engagement. You are responsible for having the right to share anything you submit.

5. Client Area and Reports

Any client reports or portal pages are provided for the named client only. Do not share your access with others. Report data such as showings, views and inquiries reflects information available at the report date and may be incomplete.

6. Intellectual Property
