Delivering commercial real estate results with strategy, speed, and style.
Strategic partner and trusted advisor
Lauren J. Coombs, CCIM, is a strategic partner and trusted advisor in commercial real estate. A licensed broker since 2010 and a key presence at KW Commercial since 2024, she has closed hundreds of transactions valued near $503 million and over 3MM sf for regional and national clients, with deals completed in more than 35 states.
She works with business owners, investors, portfolio owners, family offices, fiduciaries, developers, and landowners to buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate. From industrial, office, retail, and land to development advisory and 1031 exchanges, each plan is designed around the client's objectives, market position, and timeline.
Her approach to brokerage is shaped by a full range of experience across real estate development, corporate real estate, and brokerage. Her career includes time with an industrial developer, time as Director of Real Estate for a national construction firm, and time as a development manager for a local real estate developer. That breadth gives her a vantage point on every side of a transaction, from the developer's discipline and the occupier's operational priorities to the investor's return.
Clients trust her for her judgment, responsiveness, and ability to navigate complexity without compromising professionalism. A recognized leader in the industry, Lauren serves as Vice President of the Southern California CCIM board, serves on the board of the Realty Investment Association of California, is a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and is a member of the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council.
Lauren earned the CCIM designation in 2022, widely regarded as the master's degree of commercial real estate. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Her commitment to leadership and collaboration reflects a broader mission: to elevate the commercial real estate community through clarity, strategy, and integrity.
